Return and Refund Policy

Thank you to our customers who shop in PrintedMailerBoxes. Our clients are important to us and we would do everything to make sure that we can provide them with a satisfying and efficient shopping experience. We are willing to help in case you are not totally satisfied with what you have bought and have a reason.

Returns

We do receive returns within 3 days after purchase. The product has to be in a condition of not being used, as received, and packaged in an original pack to be eligible to receive a refund. The returns that fail to pass these requirements may not be approved.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will transfer your refund status to you within 2 working days. In the event of acceptance, the refund will be done on the original method of payment at checkout point. It is important to note that the original shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Do you wish to swap your product to another size, colour or style, then you have a period of 3 days after receiving your order to contact our customer support team at sales@printedmailerboxes.co.uk. We will make you go through the process of exchange and give you some additional instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift boxes
  • Customised or custom products.
  • Products that have short shelf life.

Colour Restrictions and Tolerance to Printing.

Small colour changes can be as a result of CMYK or PMS printing processes, surface of materials or batch variations.

The industry standard of ±5-10% variation of colour is a tolerance that does not qualify as a defect.

Due to cutting and folding tolerances the box dimension can be slightly different. These differences are not the reasons to make returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of damaged or defective order received, please call us back within the 3 days. Depending on your choice and the product you want, we will either get you a new one or refund.

Return Shipping

When the return is as a result of our fault like a faulty or wrong item being received, we will take the cost of the return shipping and supply a prepaid shipping label. In case of all other returns, the customer will pay the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

The approved refunds will be made to the initial method of payment. However, depending on the bank or payment provider, refunds normally take 5 or 10 days.

Request of Return or Refund.

In order to seek help, you may call our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Product/mailer box/ packaging photos/videos.

Your request will be reviewed and answered by our team during 1-2 working days.

Processing Time

Refunds and returns are done within a period of 7 working days upon receipt of the returned items. It will take even more time before the funds accrue into your account depending on your specific bank or payment provider.
