Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not accept returns at drop-off locations or in person.
Return labels are included in the package to simplify the return process.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If the item is in acceptable condition and the request is made within the 10-day window, we’ll send you a replacement once we receive the original product.
Refunds
