Return and Refund Policy

Since the products and services which are being offered by Printed Mailer Boxes are customized accordingly to the client’s  query, it is recommended that the customer must inform the company, if the delivered products are not according to their requirements and specifications, or defective , at sales@printedmailerboxes.co.uk within 3 working days after receiving the order. A chargeback is not an option, however, a free reprint of the order is provided by thee company if the fault in the product is proven to be on the company’s side.

The defect is determined by the management team of PrintedMailerBoxes. Full order must be shipped back within 7 working days by the customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product defects and degital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly. If the fault is at client’s end and still the want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job , a chargeback will be provided after deducting the product’s setup and shipping cost by the company.
